When you buy a product from China, the importer pays a duty that he includes in the retail price the item sells here in the US. We pay the higher price, not the maker in China. Higher prices reduce demand, so China sells less product and suffers lost profits.
Critical thinkers continue to be baffled by the loyalty of Trump followers to their leader. Despite unpopular policy, lies, and frauds, they prefer him to any Democrat.
